We are a clothing brand that caters to women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Our comfy-cute wear gives women enough confidence to stand out in a room and not feel insecure. Whether you are a woman who likes to rock sneaks or heels, our FITS have the versatility to do both. We stand on never sacrificing comfort for style. 


Overview

The Signature Fit is expanding and looking for a Boss Babe to add to the Team! The Fashion Enthusiast must have an outgoing personality, fantastic communication skills, a high-level of creativity, a strong attention to detail and an overwhelming love for fashion. This person will work alongside the CEOs as their right-hand person personally assisting with tasks to elevate the brand. The enthusiast will need to assist on and off-site at the warehouse, photoshoots, pop-up shops, etc.  Off-site this person will assist with administrative needs and bookings. On-site the enthusiast must be comfortable vlogging and capturing the moment for our social sites (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, & Pinterest).

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inventory management and website reconciliation 
  • Fulfill customer orders with required quality, safety and production standards 
  • Manage scheduling in Google Calendar
  • Event planning
  • Attend Pop-Up Shop events 
  • Attend virtual meetings
  • Facebook Group Management
  • Prepping inventory for monthly photoshoots
  • Vlogging/Videography 
  • Run errands as requested
  • Manage customer emails
  • Manage Social Media direct messages

Requirements

  • Access to a reliable vehicle (within 25 miles from Chicago, IL.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detailed-Oriented 
  • Inventory Management and Control
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work independently  
  • Ability to problem-solve

Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Stand and remain standing for periods up to 2 hours
