  • Do you ship internationally?
  • We are only accepting domestic orders at this time. 


  • Can I get a refund on my order?

  • All items are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your order you have 3 days from the delivery date to return your regular priced item(s) for a store credit.  All items purchased on sale cannot be returned for store credit. 


  • How do I make a return?

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

  • Once you complete your purchase, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.  However, you are welcome to return your items in accordance to our return policy.


  • I received a damaged item. What do I do?

  • Contact our customer service team at info@thesignaturefit.com with your order number, pictures and a description of the damaged items.  Our team will follow-up and assess the damages to determine the needed outcome.  Please note all damaged and defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
