How can I contact customer service?

Do you ship internationally
We are only accepting domestic orders at this time.
Can I get a refund on my order?
All items are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your order you have 3 days from the delivery date to return your regular priced item(s) for a store credit. All items purchased on sale cannot be returned for store credit.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once you complete your purchase, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you are welcome to return your items in accordance to our return policy.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Contact our customer service team at support@thesignaturefit.com with your order number, pictures and a description of the damaged items. Our team will follow-up and assess the damages to determine the needed outcome. Please note all damaged and defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
